The Asian Waterbird Census (AWC) is an annual citizen science event that helps monitor wetlands and waterbirds for conservation. Participants visit wetlands, count bird species, and submit data via eBird and a Wetland Assessment Form. The census runs from December 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025, with recommended counts from January 4–19, 2025. Join in and contribute to global wetland conservation while helping track threats to waterbirds!
