The Passage Migrant Count is a citizen science initiative organized in collaboration with Bird Conservation Society Gujarat (BCSG) and was first conducted in Kachchh in September 2022. Kachchh in Gujarat is a well known area for stopovers by migratory birds. The aim of this count is to look at the passage migrant species, estimate the numbers of the different species that move through Kachchh every year, and monitor them. Join us to observe and study the passage migrant birds of Kachchh.
