Achanakmar Tiger Reserve has a rich floral and faunal diversity. To explore the avian diversity of the Tiger Reserve, the Forest Department is conducting the first Bird Meet in March 2023. This will further help to establish important hotspots for Achanakmar. The participation fees of Rs. 1000 includes field kits, accommodation, food and pickup for people coming from Bilaspur or outside.
