Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS) is offering a Basic Course in Field Ornithology and Bird Migration at Point Calimere, Tamil Nadu. The course will focus on training the participants in the field of bird population monitoring and movement through different methods of bird count and various bird marking techniques. In addition, there will be classroom sessions on various aspects of bird migration study techniques. The course will include talks from various scientists of BNHS who work on ringing and migration studies.
