Coimbatore Bird Atlas is a citizen science project to understand the distribution, abundance, seasonal occurrence of birds in Coimbatore city. Field Surveys were conducted by mainly by the birdwatchers of Coimbatore in February and June from 2020 to 2022. The work is still going on with seasonal replicates taking place in June-July 2023.
