Migratory Bird Arrivals At Punjab’s Harike Wetland Decline This Season

The arrival of migratory birds this year to Harike, northern India’s largest wetland, declined by 12% from 2021, according to the latest census. Indian Express reports the current status of birds in the Harike Wetland in Punjab and probable reasons for the decline in the population of migratory waterfowls.
