The Wildlife Incubator Tech Program: Leading Conservation Innovation

The Centre for Wildlife Studies (CWS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to wildlife research, conservation, and policy. Its Wildlife Incubator Tech Program is dedicated to fostering innovations specific to India’s wildlife conservation needs. This initiative focuses on three key areas: encouraging innovation tailored to Indian ecosystems, offering a platform for the development, testing, and scaling of effective conservation technologies, and building the infrastructure needed to support and enhance homegrown solutions.

Through this program, small grants will be provided to NGOs developing innovative technologies to address current wildlife science and conservation challenges. These technologies may include IOT, AI, Open Data, Satellite Imaging, GIS, Remote Sensing, and more.

Grant Award: The top five submissions will receive a grant award of ₹20,00,000 each for a period of one year. Each project will have an additional ₹4,00,000 for purchasing equipments.
