Wildlife Institute of India (WII)

The Wildlife Institute of India, established in 1982, is an institution of the Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change. It offers training programs and academic courses wildlife research and management. Works in biodiversity research across the country, and has been involved in major projects on tigers, elephants, dugongs and more.
